Benjamin Magadan Beall
History of our law firm
Benjamin Magadan Beall is originally from Nuevo Casas Grandes, Chihuahua, Mexico, a small town southwest of the border between El Paso and Ciudad Juárez. He attended Juárez Stake Academy high school in Colonia Juárez, Chihuahua. Before entering college, he volunteered to serve a two-year full-time mission for his church in Jalisco, Michoacán, and Colima.
2008
He arrives in the US to study and fulfill his dream of becoming an immigration lawyer.
2013-2023
Co-founded and developed, together with his mentor and friend, one of the leading law firms in the country.
2023
Founded Magadan Beall Immigration Law Firm, where he provides honest, sincere, and respectful advice.

Benjamin started his journey in Arizona, where he earned a scholarship to attend Eastern Arizona College. Later he continued his education at the University of Texas in El Paso. Finally, he attended the Syracuse University College of Law where he graduated top of his class in 2022.
