History of our Law Firm:

Benjamin Magadan Beall is a native of Nuevo Casas Grandes, Chihuahua Mexico. A small town southwest of the El Paso – Juarez border. He attended the Juarez Stake Academy Highschool in Colonia Juarez, Chihuahua. Prior to enrolling in college, he volunteered to serve a 2-year, full-time mission for his Church. He served the Jalisco, Michoacán, and Colima regions in Mexico. His dream to become an Immigration Attorney brought him to the United States in 2008.

Along with a friend, mentor, and a great immigration attorney, he contributed, from 2013 until 2023, to the foundation and development of one of the most important immigration law firms in the country. In 2023, with all his experience and expertise he decided to start the Magadan Beall Immigration Law Firm, where he warmly welcomes clients, promising to give the most honest, heartfelt, and respectful advice. His firm values every single client and empowers them to write their own stories in a new land.

Benjamin started his journey in Arizona, where he earned a scholarship to attend Eastern Arizona College. Later he continued his education at the University of Texas in El Paso. Finally, he attended the Syracuse University College of Law where he graduated top of his class in 2022.
